Seoul will support funds to any citizens who make parking lots in front of their property or left over land. It costs 8 million won to tear down one side of the wall and make a parking lot and 2 million won to make it in the left over land. You can save 80% more compared to the construction fee needed to make a public parking lot. If you make parking spaces in your property or any open spaces, Seoul will give 8 million won for one side and 9.5 million won for two sides. And every extra sides you add, 1 million won will be given, up to 27 million 500 thousand won maximum. For those who may worry about privacy due to the breaking down of walls, Seoul allows them to build 1.3 meters high fences. 2 million won will be given to those who make parking lots in their residential area or left over land and Facilities Management Corporation will maange the area. The parking spaces are prioritiezed for residents and they can either choose to make profits or be get property tax exemption. Parking spaces which had the walls torn down must be maintained for more than 5 years and left over parking spaces must be maintaied for more than a year. [글로벌 코리아]마당 등 자투리땅에 주차장 만들면 지원금

서울시가 집 앞마당이나 자투리땅에 주차장을 설치하는 시민에게는 지원금을 준다.

담을 허물어 주차장 1면을 조성하면 800만원, 자투리땅 주차장은 200만원이 든다. 공영주차장 1면을 건설할 때보다 80% 이상 비용을 아낄 수 있는 수준이다.

집 앞마당이나 공터에 주차장을 만들면 1면을 기준으로 800만원, 2면에는 950만원을 시가 지급한다. 그 이상 1면을 추가할 때마다 100만원씩 최대 2750만원까지 지원된다.

사생활 침해를 우려하는 시민을 위해 담을 허문 자리에는 높이 1.3m 이하의 개방형 울타리를 설치할 수 있게 했다.

주택가와 자투리땅에 주차장을 만들면 1면당 최대 200만원을 지원하고 관리는 시설관리공단이 해준다. 주차장은 거주자 우선 주차장으로 제공되며 주차장 수입금 또는 재산세 비과세 중 혜택을 선택하면 된다.

담을 허물어 조성한 주차장은 5년 이상, 자투리땅 주차장은 1년 이상 주차장 기능을 유지해야 하며, 못할 때는 사업비를 환수한다. 관련 문의는 각 자치구 교통 관련 부서에 하면 된다.
